If you are using the BlueX platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are duly authorized to represent the company and accept these terms on behalf of the company.

BlueX operates as a marketplace connecting clients seeking blue collar services (such as gardening, electrical work, construction, etc.) with companies that provide these services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 To access certain features, you must register for an account.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Service Bookings

3.1 Clients may book services through the platform.

3.2 Service providers must respond to booking requests promptly.

3.3 Confirmed bookings form a binding agreement between client and provider.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 BlueX may charge service fees for platform use.

4.2 Clients agree to pay all charges associated with bookings.

4.3 Service providers receive payment minus platform fees.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancellation policies vary by service provider.

5.2 Refunds after service completion are at provider's discretion.

6. Provider Responsibilities

6.1 Must maintain all necessary licenses and insurance.

6.2 Solely responsible for service quality and safety.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Must provide accurate service requirements.

7.2 Responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 BlueX is not responsible for services provided.

8.2 Not liable for damages from platform use.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Disputes should first be resolved directly.

9.2 BlueX may assist at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All platform content is BlueX property.

10.2 Providers grant marketing license to BlueX.

11. Termination

11.1 BlueX may terminate accounts at any time.

11.2 Users may terminate via customer support.

12. Modifications

BlueX may modify these terms at any time.
